Looking for Child Care? >Child Care Referrals
The YMCA Child Care Resource Services offers four convenient
ways to request child care referrals.
- Call the parent referral line 1.800.481.2151 to speak with a
Child Care Consultant about child care options. Child Care Consultants
can provide information on choosing quality child care in addition
to providing child care referrals. The toll free referral line is open
Monday
through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00
a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Child Care Consultants are also available to provide
child care referrals in person. We are centrally located in San
Diego,
National
City and Vista.
- Complete a referral
form which
is automatically e-mailed to a Child Care Consultant. Within 24 hours
the Child Care Consultant will reply via e-mail with a minimum of 4 child care referrals based on location, the age of the
child(ren), and the hours of care needed.
- NEW! Search
for Child Care Online.
Web referrals are available around the clock and are retrieved immediately.
Parents can search by
location, elementary school, type of care, hours and children’s
ages, and will receive the provider’s full name, phone number,
license number and additional information about the child care program.
